a. Personal Use
_{✦︎ Commissions are for personal use only. Reproduction for profit (e.g., reselling, merchandise, promotions, NFTs) is prohibited.
✦︎ Clients are prohibited from taking credit from the artwork, modifying it without my agreement, or reselling the commission to a third party.}
b. Commercial Use
_{✦︎ Commercial use pricing will vary depending on the project's scope. Additional charges may apply, ranging from x2 to x3 the original commission price.
✦︎ To get full files projects in PSD and CLIP, the cost may increase to x10 or more from the original commission price.
✦︎ The client can use the artwork for any form of profit with any shape form (e.g., merchandise, promotions for social media, game, or stream asset).
✦︎ If you are uncertain whether your commission will be considered for commercial use, please contact me for clarification before proceeding.}
c. Artist’s Promotion & Portfolio
_{I reserve the right to use the commissioned work for promotional purposes on my social media and include it in my portfolio. If the client prefers to keep the work private, they may request this for an additional fee equal to the commercial use price.}
d. PROHIBITED USE OF ARTWORK ON AI
_{Additionally, please do not use the artwork for training AI models or any other application related to AI.}2. PAYMENT, METHODS & REFUNDS
_{✦︎ 50% payment after the sketch has been approved.
✦︎ Full payment is due after the lineart is completed. There are no refunds once the sketch is approved.
✦︎ No progress will be made on your order until payment completion.
✦︎ Payment can be made via Bank Mandiri/Dana/Ovo/Shopeepay for IDR. For USD, payments can be made from Ko-Fi/Vgen/Paypal.
✦︎ Please confirm your preferred payment method when placing the order in the form.
✦︎ The Client can not demand or force refunds after full payment has been made if they decide to cancel the commission. I will only give 100% refunds if I decide to cancel the commission.}3. HOW MY COMMISSION WORK
a. Commission Form
_{✦︎ You can contact me through my social media platforms or directly DM on my Instagram for faster response.
✦︎ Please fill out the commission form I will send to you to provide details of your request. I have the right to decline your request.}
b. Revision & Timeline
_{✦︎ Revision takes 2 times at sketch and base color steps. Any additional revisions beyond this will incur an extra charge. Please be aware that revisions may extend the timeline.
✦︎ If there are any delays, I will notify you promptly and provide a revised completion estimate
✦︎ Since my artwork is highly detailed, the completion time can take anywhere from a week to a month. Please be patient and understand that the timeline may vary based on the complexity of the commission.}
c. Result and Delivery
_{✦︎ You will receive finished illustrations in PNG and JPG formats, other formats (like SVG) may take some charge. Sometimes I will give a small bonus art too
✦︎ If the client wishes for transparent PNG files, I will provide the file with an additional fee of 20% of the original commission price.
✦︎ I usually put my watermark in the corner of the drawing for any commissioned work. If you still want to remove it, you will have to pay the same price as a commercial commission.
